Open A Claim

Please follow the steps below to open a new claim.

1. Fill out the form on this page. Include the Order Number included at the top of the sales receipt you received by email.

2. Submit the form, then check your inbox for an email from our claims team with important information about our claims process.

3. Reply to the email and attach photos related to your claim.

4. Familiarize yourself with the terms of our claims procedures by reading the Damage & Loss Claims section of our terms of service.
